The Next Frontier of Lawyering: From ESG to GPT (August 3 to 4, 2023)

ABLI is delighted to contribute to The Next Frontier of Lawyering: From ESG to GPT conference in Singapore between 3 and 4 August, 2023.

Jointly organized by our parent Singapore Academy of Law and the Singapore Management University, the conference brings together esteemed panellists on The State of the Legal Profession, Technology and the Legal Profession, The Client Perspective and The Art of Law Firm Management in Asia, as well as two concurrent tracks — Management Track or Technical Track — tailored for both lawyers and in-house counsels.

In ABLI’s technical track of Cross-border Contracting in the Asian Context – Trips, Traps and Tips, speakers from China (Zhang Chenyang of Tian Yuan Law Firm), the Philippines (JJ Disini of Disini Law) and #Vietnam (Dr Nguyen Quoc Vinh of Indochine Counsel) will tap both their jurisdiction-specific expertise and experience in cross-border contracting to walk the audience through some interesting practices about contracting in Asia, with moderator Dr Cameron Ford OAM sharing his experience contracting across Asia when he was holding in-house roles.
