2016 UNCITRAL Emergence Conference

ABLI is proud to be a supporting institution for the 2016 UNCITRAL Emergence Conference to be held in Macau SAR, China on 13-14 December 2016.

The main theme of the 2016 Emergence Conference will be regional perspectives on the current and future agenda in the harmonization of international trade law.

The conference is intended to provide a platform for experts and scholars to examine the impact of these developments on regional and national business environments, and to consider various areas of potential interest for UNCITRAL from a regional perspective.

The conference invites researchers, scholars, and practitioners to share their insightful opinions and research on these topics, and to engage in an international dialogue on the potential contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The Conference is now inviting paper proposals/abstracts for review, which are due 30 September 2016.
