[Webinar] 3CL webinar on ABLI-III Restructuring Project

On 2 February 2021, Justice Kannan Ramesh of the Supreme Court of Singapore spoke at a 3CL webinar titled Asian Business Law Institute/III Asian Principles of Global Restructuring Project co-organised by the Centre for Corporate and Commercial Law of the University of Cambridge and the Singapore Global Restructuring Initiative. Mr Sushil Nair, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Drew & Napier and Assistant Professor Aurelio Gurrea-Martinez were the other two speakers.

Justice Ramesh, a member of the Advisory Committee the ABLI-III Restructuring Project, delivered a speech that details the conception of the Project, why the Project is necessary, the methodology and achievements of the Project and the steps to take the Project forward.
