[Webinar] Cross-border Commercial Dispute Resolution – HCCH 2005 Choice of Court and 2019 Judgments Conventions

ABLI is delighted to have joined hands again with the Permanent Bureau of the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH) for a second webinar on Cross-border Commercial Dispute Resolution – HCCH 2005 Choice of Court and 2019 Judgments Conventions.

This webinar comprised two separate sessions: Session A on the HCCH 2005 Choice of Court Convention, and Session B on the HCCH 2019 Judgments Convention.

Speakers for this year’s webinar were: Sara Chisholm-Batten (Partner, Michelmores LLP), the Honourable Justice David Goddard (Court of Appeal, New Zealand), Justice Anselmo Reyes (International Judge, Singapore International Commercial Court), Kabir Singh (Partner, Clifford Chance LLP), and Dr Ning Zhao, Senior Legal Officer of HCCH.
