ABLI is pleased to support a webinar on Analyzing Recent Developments in India-Related Arbitrations from an Indian and Singaporean Point of View organized by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution of the American Arbitration Association.
Part of the organizer’s India Focus series, the webinar is expected to analyze relevant recent Indian Court decisions and the practical implications of these decisions on India-related arbitrations. Specifically, the panel of speakers will discuss the ability of Indian parties to choose a foreign seat following the Indian Supreme Court decision in PASL Wind Solutions Private Limited v. GE Power Conversion India Private Limited, and the issue of interim measures and emergency arbitration following the decision of the Indian Courts and the Tribunal in the Amazon-Future matter.
