ABLI is pleased to share that Dr Andrew Godwin, Acting General Counsel at the Australian Law Reform Commission and Principal Fellow at Melbourne Law School, will be giving a seminar on the theme of regulation of cryptoassets and blockchain-based business models in Australia. Dr Godwin is a member of ABLI’s Advisory Board.
The seminar will be followed by a panel discussion where law scholars and practitioners are expected to discuss legal and regulatory developments and trends of cryptoassets and blockchain-based businesses in Australia, Singapore and other places.
This in-person seminar is scheduled on April 27 between 5 to 6pm at the School of Law of the Singapore Management University. More details can be found in the flyer.
