Advisory and Working Committees of the Restructuring Project meet in New York

On September 26, 2018, members of the Advisory and Working Committees for the Restructuring Project met in New York.

The Restructuring Project is a joint undertaking by the International Insolvency Institute and ABLI.

The meeting was chaired by the Honourable James Peck and the Honourable Chief Justice James Allsop of the Federal Court of Australia.
