Ranking the Portability of ASEAN Judgments within ASEAN

ABLI has analysed the laws on the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments of the ten member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) to come up with a ranking on the portability of ASEAN judgments within the bloc.
Vietnamese money judgments are found to be the most portable of ASEAN judgments within ASEAN.
