ABLI holds workshop for the Restructuring Project

On April 2, 2019, representatives of ABLI’s Asian Principles of Business Restructuring project met at ABLI’s offices to discuss phase one of the project. A very productive meeting was held where attendees discussed, among other things, their feedback on the Questionnaire (which has been provided to Jurisdiction Reporters in sixteen jurisdictions) and various matters regarding the drafting of the Jurisdictional Reports.
