ABLI is delighted to contribute to the 37th ASEAN+3 Bond Market Forum (ABMF) as a co-organizer.
The 37th ABMF will be held in a hybrid format between 24 and 27 July in Tokyo, Japan. ABLI is contributing a panel to the Forum on the topic discussing the legal framework of digital assets in Japan, Korea, Malaysia and Singapore with lawyers and regulatory practitioners from those four jurisdictions. The session is also expected to include a presentation on the UNIDROIT Principles on Digital Assets and Private Law which was adopted in May 2023.
More about this year’s ABMF and the other co-organizers can be found here. As ABMF is an invite-only forum, those who are interested in attending the session can write to [email protected] for more details.
More about ABLI’s work concerning cryptoassets and law in Asia, including the legal and regulatory treatment of digital assets in selected Asian jurisdictions, can be found from our “Cryptoasset in Asia” project.
