ABLI is pleased to share a webinar jointly organized by INSOL Asia Hub, Baker McKenzie and the Centre for Asian Legal Studies of the National University of Singapore titled Distressed Airlines – Modern Toolkit for Asia and Beyond.
Taking place on October 28, 2024 between 7.30pm to 9:00pm (Singapore time), the webinar will explore issues arising in the restructuring of airlines in Asia, focusing on Thai Airways, NOK Air and Hong Kong Airlines, as well as the restructuring of LATAM Airlines of Chile.
This diversity of restructuring cases will be presented by accompanied professionals from Hong Kong SAR, Thailand and the United States. The experts are expected to discuss the various challenges which may arise during an airline restructuring and the available tools in their jurisdiction to meet such challenges.
The webinar has been accredited for 1.5 public CPD points for Singapore-admitted practitioners.
