Advisory Board
The Advisory Board of ABLI plays an advisory role to the Board of Governors and the Secretariat.
The Advisory Board provides recommendations and advice to the Board of Governors regarding potential projects to be undertaken by ABLI which will enable it to fulfil its aims and any other matter requested by the Board of Governors. In addition, the Advisory Board provides recommendations and advice to project leads of potential projects and those projects that have been sanctioned by the Board of Governors.
The Advisory Board consists of up to 30 members appointed by invitation of the Board of Governors comprising eminent members of the judiciary, academics, legal practitioners and representatives of international organisations. The Advisory Board comprises of:
- representatives of ABLI’s Founding Partners; and
- representatives nominated by the Board of Governors.
ABLI’s Founding Partners are a limited group of private organisations who contributed to the establishment of ABLI.
