[Webinar] Introduction to Company Law and Foreign Investment of Cambodia and Vietnam

ABLI held its second webinar of the year which aims to provide an introduction to company law and foreign investment regulations in Cambodia and Vietnam, both fast-growing emerging markets in Southeast Asia that have attracted considerable interest in recent times. 

The session covered:

• Key concepts and provisions of the (new) regulations in Cambodia and Vietnam in relation to companies (enterprises) and foreign investment

• Market entry options for foreign investors into Cambodia and Vietnam, such as the general process to set up a company and restrictions, if any, on foreign ownership of companies

• Restrictions and incentives for foreign investment in Cambodia and Vietnam, including industry-specific considerations
• Currency exchange controls, if any
