Asian Business Law Institute issues 14 Asian country reports

Dr Clarisse Girot reports on the achievement of the first phase of ABLI’s Data Privacy Project with the May 2018 release of a compendium of reports on the regulation of cross-border data flows and data localisation in fourteen Asian jurisdictions and highlights several preliminary observations derived from a first-level analysis of the reports, which will guide ABLI’s future work (Issue 153, June 2018, pages 20-21).
