Submit your questions in advance for [webinar] HCCH 1970 Evidence Convention and Remote Taking of Evidence by Video-link!
There are only two more weeks to go before ABLI holds its webinar HCCH 1970 Evidence Convention and Remote Taking of Evidence by Video-link jointly with the Permanent Bureau of the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH) on June 1 at 4pm (SGT).
To provide our attendees and the wider community with more information on both the 1970 Evidence Convention and the 1965 Service Convention (a short overview of which will be provided at the end of the session), the Permanent Bureau of the HCCH has kindly prepared two bite-sized booklets for the Evidence Convention and the Service Convention which we have made public on LinkedIn.
More information about the Conventions can also be found at HCCH's website.
Meanwhile, we have created a Google form for all attendees to submit their questions relating to the webinar topics in advance. In fact, we welcome anyone who has questions in relation to the Conventions and remote taking of evidence by video-link to submit their questions via the form, as we understand that some members of the community may not be able to attend the session live due to time difference. The form will stop accepting responses on May 26.
More details about this session and how to register are available on our registration platform.
We look forward to welcoming you online!
